The March of Dimes is a non-profit organization that fights premature birth and problems that threaten the health of babies. The MOD has been a leader in research in this area for years. They have helped develop many medications, vaccinations and tests that save both full-term and premature babies today. This year marked the 75th anniversary for the March of Dimes. Last week one of our machinists ran his mill for the last time. After 50 years of working in the machining industry, Dick, has retired from INVOTEC Engineering. Dick said he started his career at the age of 16 working on a jig grinder and never looked back. Even after a brief layoff in the early 2000s, Dick persevered by snagging a job with us at INVOTEC.
